I’m hungry for God!
My appetite has been whetted recently and I found, or rather re-found, the joy of giving personal words, and ministry.
The joy of Worship, and of just meeting together, just went up a notch.
Is this the very beginnings of the promised move, or is it ‘just’ a good Holy Spirit meeting?
So, I wait on The LORD. Suddenly, after what seems like, and actually is, three days, I hear The LORD speak! Not what I was hoping to hear, but there it was, clear as anything.
“What are you doing here, Chris?”
Please don’t anyone ever tell me God has no sense of humour. I could sense a His chuckle. Then He said, “I’ve given you a short rest, getting you ready for this next phase.
I’m moving you up a gear, and it’s going to get rough!”
I inquired further.
“There’s currently a furious war in the heavenlies.
Satan has known this day was coming for millennia and he is well prepared. His army is rampant in the world right now but the fervent prayers of the saints are pushing him back.
He is about to launch a short but vicious attack on anything and anyone Christian.
Disagreements will turn nasty with false accusations, lies, and abuse — some of it physical.
Test everything for love!
By their love shall know who to trust but even so, test it!
The great deceiver is about to throw everything at My Church and at My People — both in the Church and in Israel.
Many will grasp at the deception as if their life depended on it.
I AM preparing you for this season of onslaught and spiritual war.
I AM seeking out those who will stand, and remain standing while I send My Spirit in power.
Then all will see who I AM and where they must turn in order to partake at the wedding feast!”
That’s where I am, Lord! Standard raised, standing firm in your strength, awaiting your Spirit’s arrival.
