I’ve been thinking and talking about little bit about Gideon’s Army. I thought about the three hundred and I thought of referring to them as ‘the ten percent-ers’!”

The LORD brought all this to mind to illustrate that ‘shining’ will be an identifying effect of the one percenters mentioned above.

Not that they will shine all the time, but that, in times of ministry, The Presence of God will shine in their faces.

All this to prophesy that, not only will the so-called ‘Remnant’ of this time be much smaller than most of us think, but that this remnant will be known as the ‘shining ones’ among believers and non-believers alike!
