Know this today: Here is what The LORD says to you, “Beloved. I will contend with those who contend with you.

For many years your abuser thought they had gotten away with the violence and the cruelty.

You have been mistreated regularly and repeatedly and in unspeakable ways.

Never forget that I have always had GOOD plans for your life. But there are people who have been influenced, yes, even possessed by evil.

They made that choice, they chose the way of death and rejected Life. They chose cursing instead of blessing. They chose violence and abuse instead of the Way of the Spirit.

You were not responsible for their choices. Though they had many chances, they would not listen to The Holy Spirit and repeatedly rejected your Savior’s Grace.

I know you have been confused in your mind, and you ask,”Why me?”

I know, My Child. I weep with compassion. I weep tears with you for this was not My plan. It was not My doing.
