As we all contemplate our directions for this new year,”It is written, be ye holy, for I AM holy.” Fight against inertia..add eternal rewards…determine to be passionate to save lost souls for Christ!

While I prayed I heard the word “Inertia” and I had no idea what it meant. I looked it up.

Inertia means: 1: Property of matter by which it continues in its existing state of rest or uniform motion in a straight line, unless that state is changed by an external force.
2: Resistance or disinclination to motion, action, or change: idleness, lazy, with regard to effort, motion, action, and the like; inactivity; sluggishness, slothfulness. A tendency to do nothing or to remain unchanged. © thefreedictionary.com

The LORD revealed some things through this word definition that is effective now concerning the Church and the timing we are in. I believe we need to know and understand where we fit in our stance with eternity.

There is a very real resistance to moving forward with God today in the churches. The people are idle (even in spirit filled churches) with no regard to changing and becoming Christ like. Many have no concept of the cost of discipleship and teaching about suffering for our stance in Christ.

These are sluggish, slothful, and don’t want things to change. To these who don’t want to rock the boat; they substitute programs, wanting instead a social, status gathering or club, in which Christ has no part in. These also are using the church for merchandising. These have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof, from such we are warned to turn away.

I see nothing in scripture that calls for such programs or teachings that encourage others to do nothing and remain unchanged. I found that Jesus entered the temple and turned over the money changers tables in anger, stating My house is a house of prayer and you have made it a den of thieves, Matthew 21:13.

Holiness is a foreign word to them and they are so far removed from the scriptures they believe in. They trust the preacher to tell them the scriptures and have no study to back them up at home.

Start talking about holiness and watch the people start calling you a legalist or worse, a false prophet. However, when asked about scripture, many have no idea what they believe or where to find it.

There is a tendency to go with the “herd mentality” and many in this system who are truly saved get stuck in a miry pit or run over. It takes the LORD’s people to pray and remove them from the pit of destruction through intercession. Shepherds gently lead their flocks, but herds are driven.

The Church has an existing state of rest or motion that will continue on it’s path of destruction unless that state is changed by an external force; meaning God must change it!

If the church continues on the same path (of rest and uniform motion) It will take a move of God to change the path of destruction. God will help those that are wayward find their way back, but for many the strict, sacred and undefiled words of the Holy Bible are not applicable anymore.

There are others with lots of zeal who are sincere but sincerely wrong. These think they are doing Gods will and going along a straight road to destruction and can’t see the peril their in. Discipleship is so important! It will take prayer and God to changed their directions.

Zeal without knowledge is just as bad, as they believe their salvation is based strictly on their works. Both states are wrong. You can’t win by going with the program of religion and traditions; It will take you down and you will wonder why it happened or worse you turn away from God.

Following Christ isn’t easy, but his love for us is eternal and that never fails. He is our exceeding great reward!

Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God but not according to knowledge, (Romans 10:1-2 KJV).

“For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, truce-breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away,” 2 Timothy 2:3-8 KJV.

“Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance; but as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye hold in all manner of conversation; because it is written, be ye holy, for I AM holy,” 1 Peter 1:13-16 KJV.

12-5-16 @ waking: Message delivered by Michael (the angel, I assume): “Time to trim your wicks and get your lamps ready.”

I’m thinking adding Matthew 25: 1-13 to our daily devotional readings and collective memories would also be a good idea since I woke this morning to the phrase, “Time to trim your wicks and get your lamps ready.” Message delivered by Michael. I was struck by what an old-fashioned term “trim your wicks” was and instantly knew this referred to the wise and foolish women waiting for their bridegroom (Jesus). We do indeed need to stop arguing over small points of doctrine (like the logs in our eyes which need to be removed) and draw close to our Lord for all time and pray that we are worthy with clean hands and a pure heart of love for those around us — both the lovely and unlovable. Supernatural Oil is added to our lamps only by God’s grace and how we are spending our time and devotion while waiting for our bridegroom, Jesus Christ.

Only half the people waiting for Jesus were ready (5 of 10) with fresh oil in their lamps. Your burning unction daily should be to drop all distractions calling you away from your first love, Jesus Christ. One day soon we’ll see his face…no more pain and suffering..love will have won…but only if you are ready. Measure everything on your daily “to-do” list with this phrase burning through your hearts and minds “Time to trim your wicks and get your lamps ready.”

In 2016, Hanukkah begins at sundown on Christmas Eve. This is a conjunction of the miracle celebration of consecrated oil being found for temple ceremonies with the Christian holiday of Christmas — the day God became the light of the world in flesh as Jesus Christ…They had to trim their wicks and get their lamps ready!! Coincidence? We’ll see at this month unfolds.

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams,” Act 2:17.

“Then He said, “Hear now My words: If there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, make Myself known to him in vision, and I speak to him in a dreams,” Numbers 12:6.

“Thus speaks the Lord God of Israel saying, “Write in a book for yourself all the words that I have spoken to you,” Jeremiah 30:2.

A release is coming unlike anything that has ever come to the earth in any generation. The latter rain is coming and there will be such a deluge for an extended period that God’s children will begin to change.

The Coming Latter Rain – “What Once Was Hard Will Now Be Easy”

As I was lying in bed reading around 8 pm last night, something caught the corner of my eye to the right. I looked to the doorway that leads to the hall way and had an impression in the spirit of a large angel who had descended to stand there. Then I felt like I saw him in my spirit come into the room and stand in the corner by the door. He continues to stand there.

I asked the Lord if I was seeing an angel and I heard yes.

This is what I then heard from the Lord Jesus:

“Do not grow weary. I am here. I love you. Don’t strive. Give up and rest. I am here to bring you good news as there is great joy in heaven of what is to come. A release is coming unlike anything that has ever come to the earth in any generation. The latter rain is coming and there will be such a deluge for an extended period that God’s children will begin to change.

A new normal will set in. What once was hard will now be easy. What once brought stress will bring joy. It’s like the internal wiring will change in those who have prepared, in those who have laid down their lives to follow me.

I am coming. I am coming back to live and you must proclaim My return. This is BIG. This is true and this is the most important news anyone in this generation can hear right now. I am coming, but before I do, there are so many things that must be remade. You know this as I’ve spoken of this before.

The scheming of the enemy must be brought to light. My children must be given an opportunity to see the deception for themselves. Then, they can choose who they will follow. Every person has a choice to make, when all is brought out in the open. Will you choose light or continued darkness?

Satan is very busy stirring up chaos and disorder. I will bring him out into the open and expose him for who he is – a liar, and a thief, and a murderer. He has successfully used his own pride and lust for vengeful acts to lead so many astray. His days are numbered. Only My Father in heaven knows the number but I can tell you it is short. Time is so very short.

Soon you are going to see a city, once the “apple of my eye,” fall. (I felt like the reference to the Apple referred to the Big Apple, New York City). There will be utter destruction and many will cry out. I long for them to cry out to Me and turn to Me.

You must tell them that I am the same I Am that created the heavens and the earth. I am the same I Am that knit them together in their mother’s womb. I Am that I Am. I never cease to call out to My children. I know them by name, each and every one, but so many do not know My name, Yeshua, Jesus, The Messiah, The King above all Kings, The Lord and giver of life. The truth is that they are My treasure. There was nothing in heaven or earth that did not belong first to Me. Satan desires them to be taken from Me, snatched from My loving embrace. My love is relentless and My mercy is without end, but there is coming an end to all things on this earth as the days draw to a close. The one gift I cannot give is more time.

The deception runs deep. Where can you trust? You cannot trust any man to speak My truth so stop looking to man, any man, to be your savior, apart from Me. No politician, no doctor, no lawyer, no landlord, no mortician has the answers or even knows the true problem. Sin. Sin is the only problem to solve, and I already did that 2000 years ago. Look to My gospel and see the work that I did recorded for you. It is not difficult to comprehend. It is all laid out in black and white for you to see. We, My Father, Holy Spirit and Word, chose you before the foundations of the earth. We chose you for relationship. Of course, life feels hollow without Me. You were meant to walk with Me all the days of your life. You were meant to commune with Me, to sup with Me, to rest with Me.

Depression, Anxiety, over-eating, shopping, and on and on… all these things are symptoms of a greater cause. Lack of Me in your life causes every part of your life to be off-center because I am to be in your core. I am the anchor for your soul. Do you not see? Do you not hear? Do you not feel? I am never apart from you, but it is your choice to experience Me.

You have been conditioned for self-reliance, but self-reliance is a lie. You can only truly live by relying upon me for EVERYTHING. My word shouts the truth that it is I that provides for the birds of the air, the fish of the sea, the flowers and the grass. How much more will I provide for you, My chosen son or daughter.

So, choose to walk with Me. Right now, close your eyes, and see that it is I, the God of the universe, that takes your hand and holds your heart. It is in My embrace that you will find true peace.

Deception. Everywhere you look. Your media is a den of thieves, a den of liars. Your leaders lie and cheat to maintain or grow their power. Your educators twist truth so that it is no longer truth, and children’s heads are filled with rubbish. Stop sending your kids to school just to be filled up with manipulated facts and twisted rules. Instead, hold them to your hearts and breathe new life into them.

The youngest generation are being so badly abused by the system of education that exists today in this nation. The rulers desire robots and minions, soulless, empty, broken children without true hope. If I was to allow the current education system to go on, we would see in the next twenty years, suicide rates that would quadruple. (The Lord commonly speaks to me about education because It is the work He has called me to.)

Seek Me first. You know not to go your own way. Seek Me at the start of each day for your marching orders and I will be faithful to lay out your day. I will bless your days and cause them to be wildly successful, unlike anything you could do on your own. I will bless you and keep you. I will make My face to shine upon you and give you peace!”

Turn to the LORD! He can still be found. Call out to God! He is near. Give up your crooked ways and your evil thoughts Return to the LORD our God. He will be merciful and forgive your sins. (Isaiah 55:6-7) When world events become supernaturally “impossible” in the natural, remember the Lord is getting ready to step back into HIStory (His story) in an unmistakable way. He is offering you full forgiveness of your sins. God says, “Respect the Sabbath (His day of rest), obey me completely, and keep our agreement. Then I will set up monuments in my temple with your names written on them…” (Isaiah 56:4-5)

Background: This summer’s road-trip vacation had me driving our two youngest children home from San Diego with a stop for 2 nights in Anaheim. We ended up needing a last minute stay in a hotel room at the Anaheim Majestic This used to be the castle-themed Sheraton, which I had always loved but never stayed in, due to price when I was younger. God so knows the desires of our heart and loves to surprise us. I had booked it in a hurry without even realizing they were the same due to a name change. Imagine my surprise upon pulling into the parking lot. Oh, I belong to such a good Father God.

Early a.m. 7/17 Father adds icing to his surprise. I wake up so excited and joyful as I have been translated to heaven where I have been seeing, interacting and loving God the Father as a real person, not just this disembodied ethereal Father God we picture on His throne. I wake up thinking “I just love Him so much! I can hardly wait until the heavenly age when I’ll be reunited with Him. Such LOVE. This revelation that He is like a person…approachable…when the Kingdom age arrives. Truly His name is GLORIOUS!

I’ve heard it said that Disneyland is the happiest place on earth…but how pale next to the joy of heaven and reunion with the King of Kings, Lord of Lords..the great I AM. This same God knows your name, and my name and has everything under control. Be at peace.

“The LORD rules the whole earth, and he is more glorious than all the false gods.” Psalm 97:9

Also the same number as date: Revelation 7/17: “The Lamb in the center of the throne (of heaven) will be their shepherd. He will lead them to streams of life-giving water, and God will wipe all tears from their eyes.”

Stop Sinning and Live!

The Lord God does not want to see you choose the path of sin. “I, the Lord God, don’t want to see that happen to anyone. So stop sinning and live!” (Ezekiel 18:32)

People accuse God of being unfair for having consequences for breaking his written laws, turning their backs on his Son and grieving Holy Spirit with their blatant disregard for truth. God’s answer: “But you still say that I am unfair. You are the ones who have done wrong and are unfair! I will judge each of you for what you’ve done. So stop sinning, or else you will certainly be punished. Give up your evil ways and start thinking pure thoughts. And be faithful to me!” (Ezekiel 18:29-31)

Every system of law and order needs rewards and punishment. You cannot have a holy, righteous God, and have no consequence for evil. “I, the Lord God, don’t like to see wicked people die. I enjoy seeing them turn from their sins and live.” (Ezekiel 18:23)

Whole nations are turning against God and trying to legislate him out of people’s lives. The leaders have chosen the sin of unbelief, and they are determined to drag everyone down with them. Deception abounds. Service to satan is chosen, believing in the lies that earthly fame, power and money will somehow follow that person into eternity.

“…nations fell into their own pits, and their feet were caught in their own traps. You showed them what you are like, and you made certain that justice is done, but evil people are tapped by their own evil deeds. The wicked will go down to the world of the dead to be with those nations that forgot about you…let them all discover just how weak they are.” (Psalm 9:15-17, 20)

This is God’s truth: There is eternal consequence for earthly choices. Death does not lead to “nothingness – cessation of existence,” reincarnation and a “second chance,” being placed as gods on another planet, a reward of 72 virgins, or a frat party in hell.” The Bible, God’s inerrant truth states that each person will die and then be judged for their choices for time spent upon this earth. Examine your life and past decisions. Are you ready to face your maker?

Praise the Lord for His Love Never Ends: War in the Spirit with Songs of Thanksgiving

How do you win the battle raging for your soul and keep the Lord’s glory near you? Trust the Lord in all things, never stop being grateful for all the good in your life, listen to God’s faithful servants — prophets chosen by Him, and sing his praises as you live a life of consecration, devotion and service to the great I AM. He will march in front of you, winning battle after battle for you. Arise and stand. Let the glory of the Lord shine from you as a light to the nations.

“…Listen my friends, if we trust the Lord God and believe what these prophets have told us, the Lord will help us, ad we will be successful. Then he explained his plan and appointed men to march in front of the army and praise the Lord for his holy power by singing:

‘Praise the Lord! His love never ends.’ As soon as they started singing, the Lord confused the enemy camp.” (2 Chron. 20:20-21) Notice the verse marking: 20/20. Like 20/20 vision! Perfect eyesight consists of keeping your eyes on the Lord and continually singing His praises. This confuses the enemy/darkness…evil cannot stand against the free offer of love to our Savior through praise singing!

“Shout praises to the Lord, everyone on this earth. Be joyful and sing as you come in to worship the Lord!” (Psalm 100:1-2) CEV

How determined are you to be worthless and disobedient?

As in modern 21st Century living, the people living when 2 Kings was written were determined to be worthless before God. Preachers today keep telling us that all people have worth before God their maker and that is true. Every soul living has the chance to turn freely in appreciation to God and be thankful for his salvation plan, repent of wickedness and disobedience, and turn their hearts and minds with Holy Spirit’s help towards God.

But hear this well. What if a person is DETERMINED to spit on God’s offer and walk away? My heart breaks with all the “pride” events and shaking of fists in God’s face. They deeply grieve God as well. “Even though the Lord had commanded…not to worship idols, they did it anyway…they were as stubborn as their ancestors who had refused to worship the Lord Their God. They ignored the Lord’s warnings and commands, and they rejected the solemn agreement he had made with their ancestors.” (2 Kings 17: 12, 14-15)

See if you see modern humanity in this indictment: “They worshiped worthless idols and became worthless themselves. The people disobeyed all the commands of the LORD their God….they also worshiped the stars (astrology/science fiction/comic book heroes) and the god Baal (thousands of cults in operation today that don’t follow Jesus to salvation). They used magic and witchcraft (looking for knowledge and consorting with evil spirits outside of God’s Holy Spirit) and even sacrificed their own children (modern abortion has killed millions voluntarily). They were determined to do everything the LORD hated.” 2 Kings 17: 15-17)

God replies: “…I will say it again: Do not worship any god except me. I am the LORD your god, and I will rescue you from all your enemies.” (2 Kings: 38-39) Notice the promise on the end. God is willing to rescue you from your greatest enemy of your eternal soul, Satan, who desires to drag you down to his kingdom of hell upon your demise. If you draw your last breath determined to rebel against God, He will graciously let you have your way, but you will have become worthless instead of worthy to enter into eternal reward with his son Jesus Christ as the gatekeeper. Jesus is the ultimate model of worthiness.

Consider John, the apostle’s eyewitness account of the end of time (which we are fast approaching), when he is translated to heaven to inscribe for all time in the last book of God’s Holy Bible, Revelation< how this age would end. “I saw a mighty angel ask with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals (which begins the final judgment cycle on an unrepentant, sin-filled world)? John records that he “cries hard because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or see inside it. Then one of the elders said to me, Stop crying and look! The one who is called both the ‘Lion from the Tribe of Judah’ and ‘King David’s Great Descendant’ (Jesus) has won the victory. He will open the book and its seven seals.” (Rev. 5: 2, 4-5). Finally, millions upon millions of angels and the redeemed of Christ say together in a loud voice the very truth of God: “The Lamb who was killed is worthy to receive power, riches, wisdom,strength, honor, glory and praise.” (Rev. 5:11-12) Notice that not one sports star, musician, famed politician, film maker, etc. is considered worthy to follow with your trust that they will save you.

Worthy… Worthless…where you choose to place your trust and allegiance will have eternal consequences. Choose Jesus Christ this day. Place your trust in God’s worthy son.

“…God is begging you to listen to our message…Make peace with God.” (2 Corinthians 5:20)

God has given mankind the privilege of partnering with Him for the last 2,000 years since Jesus Christ was resurrected and returned to heaven to bring the good news of salvation to our lost world. “God has done it all! He sent Christ to make peace between himself and us, and he has given us the work of making peace between himself and others. What we mean is that God was in Christ, offering peace and forgiveness to the people of this world. And he has given us the work of sharing his message about peace.” (2 Corinth. 5: 18-19)

Turn to God, your father, before the coming day when disaster strikes and the age of grace ends. Just as this era had a definite beginning point with Christ’s atonement for our sin at Calvary’s cross in Jerusalem, there will be a definite end when this age of grace closes and the judgments against people who continually choose evil and mock Holy Spirit begins. The eternal God longs that none of us would perish without a freewill choice to accepts his salvation, freely offered. Jesus has been knocking on the “door” (or entry point to your soul) of your heart for your whole lifetime. “We (first century apostles of Jesus) were sent to speak for Christ, and God is begging you to listen to our message. We speak for Christ and sincerely ask you to make peace with God. Christ never sinned! But God treated him as a sinner, so that Christ could make us acceptable to God.” (2 Corinth. 5: 20-21)

Being a stubborn, arrogant fool and rejecting God will have eternal consequences – forever and ever and ever. “The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God.” (Psalm 14:1)

Do not align yourself with scoffers and mockers of God. Recently at the Decision America tour with Franklin Graham in Madison, Wisconsin, people from the FFRF (Freedom From Religion Foundation) were holding signs that boldly proclaimed: UNABASHED ATHEIST – NOT AFRAID OF BURNING IN HELL. They may not be afraid of it, but their rejection of hell does not make it any less real. People who have been granted visits to hell in the 21st Century as part of his mercy and telling of truth have come back to earth very, very afraid of that place of eternal damnation and torment where the body is given over to those very same demons of destruction and lying that were embraced by the arrogant on earth by virtue of their rejection of Holy Spirit. Some form of spirit will be within you or against you upon cessation of your earthly body. Choose that which is holy and pure and good. Now I am begging you as well as your creator, God.

Proud of your accomplishments but your heart is far from God?

Pride in your earthly accomplishments without a heart committed to God is faith in your own resources and a misplaced pride that YOU gave yourself your talents, abilities, possessions, career, intellect and wealth. Be careful! God’s word says he exalts the humble (who acknowledge Him as their maker and the giver of all good and perfect gift) and puts down the proud (who trust in themselves).

Of what, then, should you be proud? The Bible says to have pride that you are a child of God: “Let me prosper with the rest of your chosen ones, as they celebrate with pride because they belong to you.” Psalm 106:5 How do you become a “chosen one?” By YOU CHOOSING to trust in God’s promise that he sent his son Jesus to forgive you of your sins, including pride and arrogance in your own abilities to save yourself without him.

A day will come when your pride will not be enough. You will be alone and scared without a savior. Turn to God and claim this promise: “When you are suffering and in need, he will come to your rescue, and your families will grow as fast as a herd of sheep. You will see this because you obey the Lord, but everyone who is wicked will be silenced.” Psalm 107: 41-42
