A simple way to please Almighty God, your Father in heaven, is to offer him the sacrifice of praise. This means determining to spend your time with worship songs rather than the music of the world — a distraction that has been far too effective in drawing people’s focus and attention away from God. As people draw together less in church building community, it becomes even more important to spend time in praise and adoration some other way to compensate. The lyrics enter your soul and mind and become a two-way communication with heaven. You can sing to Jesus, and in return, He will sing over you.

I wake up and most mornings one of my favorite worship songs is singing through my mind, before my conscious mind even begins stretching for the day. I am a Carol — a song of joy. My heavenly father spoke to me upon wakeup one morning and said, “I created you to bring special joy to people. That is why your birthday is so close to Shirley Temple, another I created to bring special joy.” Well. Honestly, in the natural, there is no way I would know her birthday. She had just died earlier in the year I remembered. I also know that when you see her movies from the Great Depression, she seems to glow with the joy of the Holy Spirit. I never thought about how that could be God’s gift, raised up for such a time as that. But makes sense that he would use a child as a vessel of hope to a nation in despair. I looked up her birthday upon waking and sure enough, we are one day apart. Holy Spirit’s revelations feel so amazing. Really important to stay close and be ready for that small, still voice.

If you are ready to add more worship music to your life, you may want to begin with the list below. All of these stop me in my tracks and spontaneous worship to our King just naturally breaks forth. Anointed music is that which ushers in God’s Holy Spirit and brings heaven to earth encouraging salvation, healings and deliverance. Evil cannot stand the sound of our praise, so play the music over your home and family. Blessings!

2016 has the possibility for tremendous change as our world grapples with age-old issues of cultural divide, anti-Semitism and new issues stemming from elections, technology, immigration movements, etc. Our entire focus needs to be on knowing and pleasing God…this quote from a martyred African pastor was given to me 15 years ago at church…so resonated with me. The passion. It has been my Bible’s bookmark ever since and speaks to this single-minded focus:
WHATEVER IT TAKES
I am a part of the fellowship committed to dong “whatever it takes.”
I have Holy Spirit power. The die has been cast.
I’ve stepped over the line. I am out of the comfort zone. The decision has been made.
I’m a disciple of His. I won’t look back, let up, slow down, or back away.
My past is redeemed, my present makes sense, and my future is secure. I am finished and done with low living, sight walking, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, tame visions, mundane talking, chincy giving and dwarfed goals!
I no longer need pre-eminence, prosperity, position, promotions, or popularity.
I don’t have to be right, first, tops, recognized, praised, regarded, or rewarded.
I now live by presence, lean by faith, love by patience, lift by prayer and labor by power.
My face is set, my gait is fast, my goal is heaven, my road is narrow, my way is ough, my companions few, my Guide reliable, my mission clear.
I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, diluted, or delayed
I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of adversity, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in the maze of mediocrity.
I won’t give up, shut up, let up, o burn up till I’ve preached up, prayed up, paid up, stored up, and stayed up for the cause of Christ.
I am a disciple of Jesus. I must go til He comes, give til I drop, preach til all know, and work til He stops.
And when He comes to get His own, He’ll have no problem recognizing me because I have dedicated my life to be a part of the fellowship committed to doing “whatever it takes.”

“The Lord hates every liar, but he is the friend of all who can be trusted.” (Proverbs 12:22) It bears repeating: You cannot choose yourself as a prophet. God finds and chooses you. This site is gathering truth for such a time as this. God is gathering his own.

On 12-12-15 I dreamed I was part of a working group of people, dressed as if for business — all specialists. I say to them, “You all applied for your jobs, but I was just chosen…so not sure why I’m here.”  They have name tags with classifications, so I look down at myself and see COMMUNICATIONS. Aha! I think. That makes total sense.

I dreamed last night of being pregnant at 54 (something new being birthed) and as I showed my mid-section to my nine-year-old, I said, “Most of the growth happens in the last month.” We are all joining together, God’s prophetic community and offering him sacrifices of praise through our belief in His words to us and through us to the world. Shalom and peace to us all as God inhabits the praises of his people — as we all wait together for 2016 to develop.

Lately there are 2 anointed praise and worship songs about rivers that I cannot get off my heart or mind. I wake up and they are literally singing over me before I am even awake. They are “The River” by Jordan Feliz. Not sure if this is his real name, but would be amazing since the translation would be Happy Jordan (River) from the Holy Land. The other is “In the River” by Jesus Culture on their just released 2016 album Let It Echo recorded live during worship services at their home church in Folsom, CA. This is a suburb of the city named after the Sacraments of the Lord: Sacramento, where in the natural gold was discovered in the very rivers that flow through this region: the Sacramento River and the American River. I have been blessed that God has deposited this amazing group of believers from Redding, CA into my own backyard a year ago. What amazing timing our God has. He is replicating from the natural gold history to the coming revelation of His glory through the signs and wonders which will soon burst forth from his remnant church. Let it indeed echo — our songs of praise. Evil has no defense against our raising one voice to declare our God is good, holy, pure and trustworthy. His sheep indeed know his voice.

IMG_0172If Holy Spirit graciously chose a verse to speak to you in the middle of the night, January 23rd, would you wake up and pull out your Bible to investigate? I Heard “John 14:1” clearly. Just that. Since God’s words are the same yesterday, today and tomorrow, He uses them to exhort or encourage us today as well. Their message is timeless. “The Lord told me to write down his message for his people, so that it would be there forever.” (Isaiah 30:8) I have been reading many prophetic pronouncements of judgement coming to America, which can up one’s fear factor. The idea of national betrayal, food shortages, martial law — the changing of that which has always been solidly assured by our U.S. Constitution and God’s spirit of patriotism — can bring the fear of uncertainty.

Here is what I read for John 14:1 (CEV version): Jesus said to his disciples, “Don’t be worried! Have faith in God and have faith in me.” Wow! How encouraging is that to those to faithfully follow Jesus unto salvation? Remember, I AM NOT giving you this verse for such a time as this, Holy Spirit chose it of all the verses available in 66 books. If you read further into verse 2, Jesus goes on to say, “There are many rooms in my Father’s house. I wouldn’t tell you this unless it was true.” Our God is real. Jesus is coming back for us. Holy Spirit is the restrainer against evil currently in place. You have been chosen from the foundation of the world to live in such a time as this. Buckle on the full armor of God as protection. Stay close to him. Ponder these words of the Old Testament prophet Isaiah: “The holy Lord God of Israel had told all of you, I will keep you safe if you turn back to me and calm down. I will make you strong if you quietly trust me.” (Isaiah 30:15)

Now — all is well. Because there was a first noel. Notice there is no 2nd or 3rd noel. The one and only advent, heralded to shepherds, considered a lowly profession, tending their flocks in a field outside of Bethlehem — where temple sheep were raised for sacrifice in Jerusalem — most likely around 2 b.c.

God chose to send his one and only son, “the Word made flesh,” the same Word that was with God at the creation of the world when Holy Spirit blew across the surface of the waters…as a lamb…so much symbolism…laid to rest in a manger with animals (as he was to be the lamb slain to take away the sins of the world), born in the same town where Temple sacrificial sheep were raised, and the physical acting out of Passover, the prophetic day mandated by God to be commemorated forever, where a lamb’s blood was brushed along the Jewish doorposts to save the people — a mandated Hebrew celebration.

Celebrate the first and only Noel with these worship songs to increase your joy at the promise given through Christ’s birth for redemption of all man, truly “…tidings of great joy which will be for ALL the people.”

-from Michael W. Smith’s Christmas album, 1989: “All is Well” and “Gloria”

-from David Crowder Band’s Oh for Joy, 2011: “The First Noel” and “Go, Tell It On the Mountain”

As my parents’ named me “Carol” at birth (a song of joy), I have been drawn to these songs o praise from a young age and listen to them year-round on my ITunes account — a reminder that now, because of God’s son born humbly, Messiah who came first as a suffering servant, and will come again as triumphant Lord, all is indeed — well.

Why is it that so many godly men in the Old Testament were followed by children that disobeyed the Lord?

The great prophet Samuel had two sons, Joel and Abijah.  “But they were not like their father. They were dishonest and accepted bribes to give unfair decisions.” (1 Sam. 8:3) Unfortunately, there are many other examples. As a mother, it grieves me that children raised in a godly home can turn from God and choose rebellion.

I think the reason lies in them viewing rituals connected to worship without ever realizing that God wants relationship with his people. The Bible describes him as the great potter, molding willing vessels to reflect his glory to a hungry world thirsting for salvation. But what if God’s people are rebellious broken vessels — full of pride, self-serving, lacking self control and belief?

Parents who demonstrate a godly fear of the Lord, that is recognizing His holiness and control of all world events both past and present — rightly and naturally fall into right relationship, where all they can do is marvel at His wondrous deeds and fall on their faces before him in worship. Offspring view their parent’s relationship one-dimensionally, as following a certain set of strict rules and regulations — that is — rituals to salvation while completely missing truth — that God desires our worship as an outward sign that we love him internally. His rules are meant to protect us and cherish us.

We willingly turn and follow him only through a relationship where we are his children, and He is a good father. This produces, in turn, fruits of the Holy Spirit such as love, faith, hope, joy and self-control. This amazing grace sets us free from all chains and lies binding us to worldly ties and is the one true path to joy, since “The joy of the Lord is my strength.”  (Nehemiah 8:10). You notice it doesn’t say parties, alcohol, drugs, wealth, self-serving, etc. is the way to joy. Think about it. Ponder. Are you in right relationship or serving dryly out of ritual…or are you not yet under the sheltering wings of the Lord Most High? Seek him today with all your heart while He may still be found.

Children cannot inherit the kingdom of God through their godly parents. Everyone must choose for themselves to come into agreement with the words of Nehemiah 9:6   “You alone are the Lord, Creator of the heavens and all the stars, Creator of the ocean and all its creatures. You are the source of life, praised by the stars that ill the heavens.” Only God is holy. Do you believe that? Keep a good hold on the reality that you are an undeserving sinner, only redeemable through God’s great mercy in sending his son, Jesus.

What if around the world great-grandparents, grand-parents, parents and their children all came into alignment with this statement by the Lord’s people in Nehemiah 9:32: “Our God, you are powerful, fearsome and faithful, always true to your word.” The unity of relationship with Almighty God would shine forth to the ends of the world.

Messengers bring truth. Why would you run a marathon distance to deliver falsehood? There is an urgency to impart an important message before deadly circumstances arise.

In a like manner, God sends His messengers from ancient times…and still today to announce the same Good News before a person faces death alone, without Holy Spirit:

Isaiah the Old Testament prophet’s words are repeated again by Mark, the apostle, “It began just as God had said …I am sending my messenger to get the way ready for you. In the desert someone is shouting, ‘Get the road ready for the Lord! Make a straight path for him.'” (Mark 1:2-3)

If you desire to know how events are unfolding towards the second coming of Jesus Christ to planet earth, specifically to the Mt. of Olives in Jerusalem, there are truthful followers of Christ sifting through conflicting information with a prophetic Biblical perspective. These men have proven to follow a straight path themselves with long careers serving God. Try:

  1. www.HalLindsey.com. This dear man of God, currently in his 80’s, is at the age where he could retire, but his lifelong quest to minister on campuses to youth, and then to follow unfolding prophetic end time events, has him still producing weekly broadcasts, posting relevant news articles and issuing Watchman on the Wall warnings. He makes straight a path in the desert, which is a metaphor for a dry, dead soul parched for the living water provided by Holy Spirit.
  2. www.TruNews.com. Rick Wiles has tirelessly provided an hour radio newscast interviewing guests and interpreting current events, through the lens of Bible prophecy. He is looking forward to the blessed hope of the second coming of Jesus Christ. I admire his great courage in stating truth without regard to political correctness; God’s truth supercedes politics, government relations and national boundaries.

The World Wide Web is still accessible, though monitored, I would not be surprised to learn. Educate yourself while information is still freely available.  Then you too can be a “watchman,” making straight a path for the Lord, with your circle of influence — those people God has placed in your life by design.

Evil that Thirsts for Sin

Posted: December 5, 2015 in Uncategorized

Problem:  “Those who sin have darkness, despair and death as their destiny. They are terribly evil and thirst for sin. They scrounge around for food, all the while dreading the approaching darkness. Even in times of success they constantly hear the threat of doom.” They are looped in chains of sin..but are unaware they have been willfully trapped.

Why? This is Because they have rebelled against God All-powerful and have attacked him with their weapons. They have put their trust in something worthless; now they will become worthless like a date palm tree without a leaf.”  (paraphrased from Job 15: 16, 21-23, 25, 31-32)

Prophets are chosen by God to turn back the hearts of sinners to their loving Father..to provide reconciliation between God and man/woman. They are to offer warnings from God’s heart…if people will humble themselves and listen to the message. Prophets must repeat what they hear from God, are not to make up words their audience wants to hear, but are untruthful. 100% accuracy is required according to Biblical rules…a pretty stringent set of requirements…not for the faint at heart to take on.

Anecdote: Head over from your computer/internet connection to Charlotte, North Carolina and meet Mena Lee Grebin and her husband Isaac @ http://www.faithfulwalkhealingministries.com. She has a passion to lead people to forgiveness, deliverance and healing through a physical church ministry, internet Watchman on the Wall (prophetic dreams and visions from Holy God to his servant) and Signs of the Times(current news events/commentaries).

She meets the criteria of prophet by repeating faithfully the messages YAHWEH gives her as warnings to repent/turn back to our first love in Yeshua (Jesus’ Hebrew name). She mixes Torah sense to bring a sense of shalom (peace) in a world that is cold, unforgiving and lonely. Remember: Christians follow the greatest Jewish rabbi known to mankind.  Jesus, God in human form (“the Word made flesh” at his first advent) came to fulfill the Jewish Old Testament prophecies first and foremost. His disciples were all Jewish. Paul, the apostle sent to evangelize the gentile (non-Jew), was Jewish.

She repeatedly states that she cares not for the glory this world can offer. She does not accept money for her speaking engagements to keep her motives pure. She seeks to follow God and Yeshua with Holy Spirit’s leadings first and foremost.  Prayerfully listen in and ask Holy Spirit to guide you into all truth.

Jesus said, “Come unto me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”  (Matthew 11:28)

Try this wonderful song for a person who repents and wishes fervently to return to the Lord:  “Life Your Head Weary Sinner” by Crowder on his Neon Steeple album, or “Avalanche” by Manafest on The Chase album.

Did you know that supernatural dreams, visions and healings are happening all around you, probably while you are totally unaware? What separates the truth o God from all other world religions is the spirit of revelation and visions as gifts from Holy Spirit and supernatural happening all around the world every day.

Tune into http://www.Sidroth.org and view his “It’s Supernatural” weekly show with weekly archives stretching back into time. Give yourself permission to view say 30 half hour shows where Sid (a Messianic Jew who was raised Jewish and realized Christ is the Jewish Messiah through direct supernatural happenings himself) interviews in a conversational way many, many men and women of God who are Spirit-filled believers walking in supernatural events, as am I. Then ask yourself, “What other world religion presents this compelling evidence for the truth of God?” Where are the miracles being performed in the world at this time? You would have to debunk THEM ALL…which would require a hardening of the heart and dumbing down of your intellect. A choice to be stubborn and hard-hearted in the face of overwhelming healings and deliverances. You will be unable to tell God at the final reckoning that there was no evidence of his modern-day miracles and intervention as a good and holy father in 2015, 2014, 2013….and back two centuries. He is not asleep, unconcerned and in a “hands-off” mode. Wake up! Join God’s side while you may…

The devil works overtime to keep you overwhelmed, busy, distracted by worldly cares and entertainment, so you will simply not take the time to view the overwhelming evidence for yourself. Add a comment on this website as to the people who most speak to your heart. I’d love to hear.

Prophetic Dream from 10-1(5-11). There’s that 5-11 again (grace with prophetic):

I am in a large, crowded room with believers who have lost their way…saved but not functioning in cooperation with Holy Spirit.  I’m walking in and out amongst the throng puzzling about WHY they were once Spirit-filled but are presently off the path — lost their way from the Lord.

I realize they need the sword of truth: God’s word as an antidote. I start running around looking for a Bible. Someone hands me 1) a Children’s bible. I say, “No. It won’t do. It’s full of the stories of God, but isn’t the word itself, then  2)One of those snippet Biblical thoughts for the day books with a big mix of chapters, verses and thoughts. I say, “No. I need to find 1 Corinthians 13 in a hurry. They need the words on love…it’s all that will heal them…love is what lasts — what matters. It will turn them back to the Lord. Then I think, this is not working. I’ll run home and grab my Bible. I’m back in a hurry and finally find the needed word of the God. But — I’m speaking King James (older English version) to them with a sort of English-as-a-second-language translator next to me. The people are unable to understand this antiquated English even though it is technically the word of the Lord. It hits me, and I turn to the King James translator and say, “We need a more modern version. They’re unable to understand that version.” Then I wake up.

This is why my posts are all in CEV (Contemporary English Version) Biblical translation. I burn with the necessity of offering up God’s word to salvation as a watchman who sees the sands of time slipping ever closer to the conclusion of all Biblical prophetic words given regarding future events before Christ’s actual return to the Mt. of Olives in Israel.

“So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the things whereto I sent it.” (Is. 5(5:11) – King James Version

vs.

“That’s how it is with my words. They don’t return to me without doing everything I send them to do” (Isaiah 55:11) – Contemp. Engl. Version (CEV)
